How to Use Integrations in PromoAmp

PromoAmp offers powerful integrations that help you connect your competitions with your existing marketing tools. This guide explains how to set up and use the various integrations available in the platform.

Email Marketing Integrations

PromoAmp seamlessly connects with popular email marketing platforms, allowing you to automatically add competition participants to your mailing lists.

Setting Up Klaviyo Integration

  • Navigate to the **How to Enter** step when creating or editing a competition
  • Add a "Join Mailing List" action or select an existing one
  • Click **Add Mailing List Integration**
  • Select **Klaviyo** from the integration options
  • Select the specific Klaviyo list where new subscribers will be added
  • The integration will automatically map the user's email to your Klaviyo list
  • Configure additional field mappings if needed (first name, last name, etc.)
  • Save your changes

    • Setting Up Mailchimp Integration

  • Navigate to the **How to Enter** step when creating or editing a competition
  • Add a "Join Mailing List" action or select an existing one
  • Click **Add Mailing List Integration**
  • Select **Mailchimp** from the integration options
  • Select the specific Mailchimp list where new subscribers will be added
  • The integration will display the current subscriber count for each list
  • Configure additional field mappings if needed (FNAME, LNAME, etc.)
  • Save your changes

    • Setting Up Mailjet Integration

  • Navigate to the **How to Enter** step when creating or editing a competition
  • Add a "Join Mailing List" action or select an existing one
  • Click **Add Mailing List Integration**
  • Select **Mailjet** from the integration options
  • Select the specific Mailjet list where new subscribers will be added
  • The integration will display the current subscriber count for each list
  • Configure additional field mappings if needed
  • Save your changes

    PromoAmp integrates with major social media platforms to verify user actions and increase engagement.

    Facebook Integration

  • In the **How to Enter** step, add a Facebook action (Like Page, Follow, etc.)
  • Enter your Facebook page URL or username
  • Set the number of entries users will receive for completing this action
  • Enable verification if you want to confirm users have completed the action
  • Save your changes

    • Instagram Integration

  • In the **How to Enter** step, add an Instagram action (Follow, Like Post, etc.)
  • Enter your Instagram username
  • Set the number of entries users will receive for completing this action
  • Enable verification if you want to confirm users have completed the action
  • Save your changes

    • Twitter/X Integration

  • In the **How to Enter** step, add a Twitter/X action (Follow, Retweet, etc.)
  • Enter your Twitter/X username
  • Set the number of entries users will receive for completing this action
  • Enable verification if you want to confirm users have completed the action
  • Save your changes

    • TikTok Integration

  • In the **How to Enter** step, add a TikTok action (Follow, Like Video, etc.)
  • Enter your TikTok username
  • Set the number of entries users will receive for completing this action
  • Enable verification if you want to confirm users have completed the action
  • Save your changes

    • Website Embedding Options

    PromoAmp offers multiple ways to embed your competition on your website.

    Standard Embed

  • After publishing your competition, go to the **Summary** tab
  • Click on "Install on your website" or navigate to the **Install** tab
  • Copy the provided embed code
  • Paste the code into your website's HTML just before the closing `` tag
  • The competition widget will appear on your website according to your design settings

    • Widget Types

    When designing your competition in the **Design** step, you can choose from different widget types:

  • **Default Widget**: A standard popup that appears on your website
  • **Chat Bubble**: A small bubble in the corner that expands when clicked
  • **Top Bar**: A banner that appears at the top of your website

    • Widget Positioning

    You can control where the widget appears on your website:

  • **Bottom Right**: Default position in the corner of the screen
  • **Bottom Left**: Alternative corner position
  • **Center**: Appears in the middle of the screen
  • **Custom**: Set specific positioning using CSS

    • E-commerce Platform Integrations

    Shopify Integration

    If you have a Shopify store, you can easily add your competition:

  • First, connect your Shopify store in your PromoAmp account settings
  • After publishing your competition, go to the **Install** tab
  • Click the **Publish to Shopify** button
  • PromoAmp will automatically create a page in your Shopify store with your competition embedded
